What is Technology Voucher Programme (TVP)?
TVP aims to subsidize local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in using technological
services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business
processes. The programme will be implemented with HK$500 million from the Innovation and
Technology Fund.

Eligibility
- Registered under the Business Registration Ordinance
- ≥ one year substantive local business operation
- Manufacturing enterprise: < 100 employees
- Non-manufacturing enterprise: < 50 employees
