Four Directions has developed an AI chatbot for Ocean Park’s website to provide visitors with fast and accurate information about the park’s attractions, tickets, reservations, events and facilities. The chatbot will be available 24/7, reducing the need for visitors to search for information on the website. The chatbot will enhance visitor experience and increase visitor satisfaction.
